At the last OB appointment, the doctor checked and the baby's head was down, back was on my right and arms and legs facing my left (which explains all the tickling on my left side in the middle of the night!). Belly measurements were "textbook" and the doctor did another ultrasound to confirm that it was a girl. He asked me not to hold him to it, but he said it still looks like a girl.
